• Must be able to work full-time Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 5:00 pm, and Saturday 7:00 am – 3:00 pm. Saturday is mandatory.

• Associate Degree
• Prior dispatch experience preferred
• Prior experience in a customer service setting
• Proficiency with the MS Office Suite, MS Outlook, and Web navigation
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

Job Descriptions

• Respond to walk-in or telephone customer inquiries regarding product selection, placement of orders, requests for prices and quotations, and scheduling of deliveries.
• Input customer orders, pricing information, and additional data into the computer system.
• Scheduling deliveries and providing instructions for Drivers according to urgency.
• Reviewing routes, monitoring and adjusting deliveries.
• Ensuring deliveries are dispatched & completed.
• Salary is based on experience level. There is an opportunity for overtime pay. After 1 year, you will become eligible for bonuses and profit sharing.
• Job Type: Full-time.
• Salary: Up to $65,000.00 per year.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Weekends as needed
